Fasheun Injury Consultants shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The liability of Fasheun Injury Consultants, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
### 6. Termination of Services
Both the client and Fasheun Injury Consultants may terminate the agreement for any reason by providing written notice. If the agreement is terminated, the client is responsible for paying for all services provided up to the date of termination.
### 7. Intellectual Property
All materials, methodologies, and intellectual property provided by Fasheun Injury Consultants remain the property of Fasheun Injury Consultants unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients may not copy, distribute, or use any proprietary information without prior written permission.
### 8. Governing Law
